Protect: While our compassion compels us to support others, it´s vital to safeguard our own energy. Tune into your emotions and bodily sensations. Explore the origin of your feelings by asking: Where did you originate? Whose emotions are these? Distinguish between your own emotions and those absorbed from others. Learn techniques designed to protect your energy from those around you.

Nourish: Prioritize self-care through a holistic approach that nurtures your emotional, social, physical, and spiritual well-being. Achieving balance hinges on four key pillars:
